Sandro Tonali saattaa palata Serie A:han tulevaisuudessa agenttinsa mukaan

Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali may one day return to Italy, his agent Mariana Mecacci reveals.

Tonali, who moved from AC Milan to Newcastle in summer 2023 for a giant fee of €64m, has suffered ups and downs in his fortunes since arriving in England.

Tonali’s Difficult Start in the Premier League

The Italian’s first season in England has, frankly, not gone as well as hoped. He’s been given a ten-month suspension for violating sports betting rules, which has put his development as a player on hold for part of the time.

However, he returned to the field for Newcastle in a game last fall, and as the season has progressed, he’s been able to work himself back into the starting XI. Manager Eddie Howe has even hinted that Tonali is one of the more important pieces the club has moving forward.
