Bruno Fernandes puolustaa joukkuetovereitaan Sir Jim Ratcliffen palkkakritiikkiä vastaan

Bruno Fernandes, the captain of Manchester United, had something to say about the salary levels of certain players in his team. Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who has recently taken on a much larger role at the club, described some of the players as ”overpaid” and said their performances definitely do not match their earnings.

Fernandes defended the players, but really, no one wants to hear that they are overpaid or inadequate. Contracts are negotiated between the club and the players, and in the case of Fernandes, the captain, and key player, even if he stood up for the players, it would be understandable if Ratcliffe’s comments really stung.

They definitely reflect what Ratcliffe thinks of the current situation and his desire for a changed player policy to restore Manchester United to the top echelon of European football.
